Calvert is a multi award winning photographer. She operates across a number of themes, formats and genres and has travelled widely, living and working in Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, China and across Australia.
Karin is adept at embracing the challenges of the many different faces of visual media, evidenced by her diverse portfolio of work. Whilst documentary photography is her first love, people and their stories remain at the heart of her practice.
A UK native, Karin now resides in Western Australia where she works principally as a commercial, editorial and documentary photographer and media lecturer.
